Abstract

The evolution of diagnostic non invasive methods has been source of a lot of searches. Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI) is one of these non invasive techniques who have received a great attention because it provides several information from different contrast mechanism. The magnetic field distribution inside the human body is another structure and functional element of differentiate between the tissues. In this work we propose trial and evaluation of different magnetic field mapping methods (Spin Echo, Gradient Echo and Echo Planar Imaging) using in vitro magnetic resonance images, looking at analysis of bio magnetism from our body in standard physiological conditions. Finally we are looking at the possibility to mapping the magnetic field produced by currents generated from the neuronal activity using the methods in question.
