Abstract

This research project aims at to contribute with the knowledge of the reality of the residues and solid waste of the micro-industry of shoes of the pole of Franca (SP), specialized in the production of masculine shoes of leather. In this sense, it will be looked for to solve the problem generated by the lack of information in the universe of the research about the factors, to proceed mentioned, that will be investigated in the stages in that becomes separated the application of the studies, to know: selection and location of the sources of information; rising of die about the typologies, amounts, internal space flow to the industrial plant and of this to the device of final destiny through collection instruments and analysis of die; verification and description of the impact potential socioespacial and the already installed; confrontation and analysis of those factors with the similar of other national and international poles for the same segment and industrial load. The main reason that justifies the accomplishment of the present study is the fact of, on one side, if notices the continuous growth, in amount and diversity, of residues and waste as imperative of reproduction of the invigorating industrial system in the world, besides in the pole of Franca (SP). On the other hand, it is the fact of, not always, the industrial section of shoes and, mainly, the personal micro-industries not have of methods, as much technicians as economics, to solve, satisfactorily, the consequences that are her current. The problem of the research was formulated inside of the dialectics, a current of thoughts that, in this study, it will be worth of one of their beginnings, the present contradiction in the objects, to guide the application of the concepts of usefulness of residues and of the waste uselessness and of the observation techniques and research participant used in the approach of the theme. To accomplish this research the author will have for base previous cognitive experiences acquired in applied research on residues and municipal solid waste in Serra Azul (SP) and Cravinhos (SP), as well as of his participation in scientific events on the theme between 1996 and 2009. It is waited that the results of that investigation can be constituted in a tool of environmental administration of the residues and solid waste of the pole of Franca (SP). (AU)
