The immediate loading implants has several advantages which include the needing of only one surgery and immediate delivery of prosthesis reducing significantly the time consuming of the treatment. Despite of several advantages of immediate loading treatment there is a limited number of scientific evidences of peri-implantar bone tissue behavior and biologic width formation around single implants during the osseointegration processes. The impossibility to perform the histological analysis in single implants demands the use of non-invasive methods. The digital subtraction radiography allows a very sensitive evaluation of small alterations occurred between two radiographies Therefore, the aim of this study is evaluate throughout digital subtraction radiography .the peri-implantar bone alterations in immediate loading single implants.It will be used 24 patients randomly divided in immediate loading group (A) and Non immediate loading group (B). Standardized digital radiographies will be taken at the day of implant installation (baseline) and 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 months postoperative. The Digital subtraction and linear measurements will be performed among postoperative periods and baseline in order to evaluate the bone alterations. The data will be analyzed using variance statistic.
