Abstract

In this work, will be developed automatized procedures in flow with chemiluminescence or spectrophotometric detection employing analytical microsystems constructed with LTCC technology (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics), multicommutation and solid phase reactor. These procedures will be utilized to glucose determination in bovine blood serum and food samples, cholesterol in bovine and ovine meat, and urea in milk samples. With the automatization of the procedures and employing of the solid phase reactor, it is intended to minimize the manipulation of the samples, reduce the reagent consumption, and increase the sample frequency with higher measurement precision and increase of the sensitivity. With the miniaturization of the analytical system employing LTCC it is intended to integrate the fluidic and detection system at the same structure with the final goal of construct a micro total analyses system.
