Abstract

This study aims at investigating the nature of the interactino of plasmidic DNA with:i) block copolymers of neutral-cationic monomers,ii) cationic dendrimers;iii) guanidinium compounds that mimick nucleases. For this purpose, thermodynamic parameters for these interactions will be evaluated by using isothermal titration and high-sensitivity differential scanning calorimetry, as well as dynamic light scattering measurements.
