Abstract

This research focuses on the gravitational mass movements, erosive processes and flooded areas in the urban area of Antonina, coast of Paraná, BraziI. The main classifications for the identification of gravitational mass movements and erosive processes as well as areas subject to floods and elaboration of documents are presented initially. In the area 85 features of erosion and gravitational mass movements with different geological-geotechnical characteristics were mapped and flooded zones were delimited. The cartographic documents elaborated are: topographical map, documentation map, hydrographic basin map, lithologic map, unconsolidated materials map, landform map, soil use and occupation map, gravitational mass movements and erosive processes features map (inventory map), slope chart and surface water flow chart. Finally the gravitational-mass movements, erosive processes and flooded predisposition zone high chart are presented with the distribution of the processes in the area studied. All these documents were elaborated at scale 1:10,000. (AU)
