The social movement of the Solidary Economy is not recent, as the debate around the subject. However, the researchers haven't get a consensus about this topic and its role yet. The social movement of the Solidary Economy is not recent, as the debate around the subject. However, the researchers haven't get a consensus about this topic and its role yet. For some ones, it is an alternative for job and income, for others, an oportunity to break up the capitalist production and socialism implantation as well. In this research, is analyzed the qualification for the Enterprises of Solidary Economy (ESE). From this analysis, is suggested generall lines that can lead the elaboration of qualification trainings for the ESE. It's eminent that, for some institutions the qualification must prepare the ESE's workers for the immediate management, that is, they can really execute the daily tasks of enterprise. For others, the qualification must prepare the workers for the politics contests and to break the capitalist logic of production into revolution as well. According to our point of view, the qualification for the ESE's workers must prepare them for the immediate management and also, to keep in their minds the understanding of politics issues related to the reality of the enterprises.
