Abstract

A description is given of the invention of equipment for determining the electrical conductivity of conductive polymeric materials, which makes it possible to determine the electrical conductivity of conductive elastomeric materials as a function of the pressure to which the material is subjected, comprising a first electrically insulated electrode (10) positioned on the bench for positioning the sample (100) and connected to an ammeter (120) that measures the intensity of the flow of electrical current in the sample (100), and a second electrode (11) fastened to the base of a pneumatic piston (20), said second electrode (11) moving vertically in the direction of the surface of the first electrode (10) and being connected to a deformation measuring device (130) that measures the change in thickness of the sample (100), with the data from the ammeter (120) and from the deformation measuring device (130) being processed by a computer (200).
