Currently, is Associated Professor at Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto, USP, Department of Physics and Chemistry. Works in Biochemistry, with implications in pharmacology, toxicology and pathology: Bioenergetic and reactive oxygen species in mitochondria, the organelles function in cell survival/death, metabolism and signaling involving the organelles in cancer.
