Fernando de Oliveira Bussiman

Has experience in Animal Science, with emphasis on equine behavior. He had FAPESP scholarship twice during graduation, working with ruminal fermentation of Nellore cattle of high and low residual feed intake, and with estimation of genetic components for kinematic characteristics of the locomotion of Mangalarga, Mangalarga Marchador and Campolina horses. Academic exchange for Germany, studying in the Universtität Trier, in the area of Genetics of Populations, Gene Expression and Genetic Engineering, as well Multivariate Statistics, with CAPES scholarship through the Science without Borders program. He is currently developing research in the field of genetic improvement of horses, with estimation of genetic components and identification of molecular markers related to gait.
