Professor of the Department of Biosystems Engineering of the Faculty of Animal Science and Food Engineering of the University of São Paulo (FZEA-USP) belonging to the area of applied social sciences. Graduated in Animal Science from the Faculty of Agrarian and Veterinary Sciences of the Paulista State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (FCAV-UNESP) and PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos. He is an adviser in the Postgraduate Program in Management and Innovation in Animal Industry (PPGIIA-FZEA-USP) and also in the Postgraduate Program in Science, Technology and Society (PPGCTS-UFSCar). It has research and extension projects related to the development of a communication methodology focused on training in rural and urban territories, seeking the internalization of new technologies in the most varied productive processes.
