From 2009 to 2015 he was awarded the title of Productivity Scholarship in Technological Development and Innovative Extension (DT) and subsequently, since 2017, he has been a CNPq Research Productivity Scholarship - PQ Level 2. He is an Electrical Engineer (electronics and electrical engineering) from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of UMC (1984). Master in Electrical Engineering from the Microelectronics Laboratory (LME) of the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo - EPUSP (1990) and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Laboratory of Integrable Systems (LSI) of the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo - EPUSP (2004). He is currently a Full Professor at the FEI University Center (Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies in Electrical Engineering and Automation and Control) and Assistant Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (Biomedical Engineering, Cyber-physical Systems Engineering and Production Engineering - "Problem Based Learning", PBL). He has experience in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on Nano/Microelectronics (Conception, Design, Simulation and Electrical Characterization of New Devices, including Power Devices, and Analog and Digital CMOS Integrated Circuits (Bulk and SOI). He is the head of the Evolutionary Electronics area applied to the design of analog and digital CMOS integrated circuits) and in the area of #8203;#8203;Microprocessors/Microcontrollers (Author of the Books: Microcontroladores 8051 - Prentice Hall/Pearson Education - 2002, Microcontroladores 8051 - Teoria e Prática - Editora Erica - 2010, Microcontroladores PIC18: Conceitos, funcionam, fluxogramas e programação, 2014, 8051 Microcontrollers: Fundamental Concepts, Hardware, Software and Applications in Electronics, Springer, 2018). Author of the book "Power Electronics - AC/DC Power Converters - Theory, Practice and Simulation - 2011, DC/DC electrical power converters for applications: Concepts, analysis methodology, 2013). Professional Experience: DIMEP S.A. (1987-1993, Microprocessor Systems Project Development Engineer), TRACECOM (1993, Microcontroller Systems Project Development Engineer) and FORD Ind. e Com. - Electronic Division (1994-1999, Component and Supplier Development Engineer and later held the position of Quality and Productivity Coordinator of the Electronic Division of FORD / Visteon). Patents: Diamond SOI MOSFET (PI 0802745-5), Wave SOI MOSFET (PI 0802634-3), Polygonal SOI MOSFET (PI 0903005-0), Ellipsoidal SOI MOSFET (PI 0905289-5), Peixe (FISH) MOSFET. Experience in Gastric Electrostimulation System (PI 0823403-5 A2). Founder of the first "Start-up" entitled "MTG2i Solutions LTDA" of the FEI University Center in 2019, supported by FAPESP (PIPE phase 1 and PIPE phase 2 until 2024), which operates in the areas of design and optimization of analog and radiofrequency CMOS ICs, drugs and vaccines, and agribusiness.
