Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from the State University of Western Paraná (UNIOESTE) in 2010 and Ph.D. in Chemistry, with a focus on Analytical Chemistry, from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Institute of Chemistry in Araraquara in 2017. Completed a research internship (sandwich doctorate) at Durham University and Newcastle University (April - September 2015). Pursued postdoctoral studies at the Institute of Chemistry at the University of São Paulo in São Carlos (IQSC-USP) (2017-2018). Served as a temporary lecturer at UNIOESTE/Toledo Campus (2019-2022) and worked as a postdoctoral researcher and collaborating professor in the Graduate Program in Environmental Sciences (2018-2022). Currently, he is an Assistant Professor A at the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR)/Dois Vizinhos Campus, also involved in the Graduate Program in Biotechnology (PPGBIOTEC) and serving as Director of Research and Graduate Studies of the Campus. His work primarily focuses on Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Electroanalysis, with research concentrated on multifunctional nanostructured materials, advanced oxidative processes for the degradation of emerging contaminants, and photoelectrocatalysis.
