Was the PhD Coordinator for the Program in Education (at Unesp-campus of Rio Claro); vice-director of the Biosciences Institute (at Unesp-campus of Rio Claro). Has experience in the area of Education, with emphasis on Administration of Educational Units and Systems, working mainly with the following topics: organizational theory; educational politics and power relationships; school violence; young people and social inclusion.
