Graduated in Pharmacy-Biochemistry from the University of São Paulo (USP), she has a master's degree from the same institution, a specialization in Quality and Productivity from the Polytechnic School of USP, an Executive MBA in Health Management from Insper, trained by the Green Belt methodology and an Improvement Specialist by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). He worked at Nestlé Brasil LTDA as Quality Analyst from 1998 to 2000, at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein from 2000 to 2017, in the last position as Quality, Accreditation and Sustainability Manager responsible for international and national accreditations of the Hospital. continuous improvement, senior adviser of the Planetree Brazil Office and responsible for the Institutional Sustainability plan. From 2014 to 2017 he was a lecturer in Quality in the Executive MBA course in Health Management from Insper and from 2007 to 2017 he was coordinator of PROADI training - Improving Quality in Brazilian Hospitals by Albert Einstein Hospital. Since 2017, he has been working at the Sírio-Libanês Hospital as Quality Manager responsible for the maintenance and implementation of accreditation programs, development of improvement programs by the Science of Improvement methodology and is a pedagogical assistant for the postgraduate course in Quality and Safety of the Sírio Hospital -Lebanese.
