Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (2002), a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (2006), and a Ph.D. (2009) and postdoctoral fellowship (2010) in Organic Synthesis from the same institution. Completed a second postdoctoral fellowship in the field of Supramolecular Catalysis at the University of Cambridge, UK (20122013). Has experience in the field of Chemistry, with an emphasis on Organic Chemistry, working primarily on the following topics: 1. Studies on drug degradation following ANVISAs RDC regulations. 2. Biomass transformation using photocatalysis. 3. Machine learning/neural networks for predicting drug-excipient interactions.
