Graduated in Pharmacy-Biochemistry from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto - University of São Paulo (2003) and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution (2009). She completed an internship at the Department of Cryobiology and Biomaterials at the Institute for Biomedical Technologies at the Aachen University of Technologie, Germany (2003) and a PDEE doctoral internship at the Department of Dermatology at the University of Michigan, MI, USA (2008-2009). She completed her post-doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences at FCFRP-USP (2012). She is currently Professor at FCFRP-USP. She coordinated research projects aimed at the production of biopharmaceuticals and worked in the management and quality assurance of biotechnological products and processes. Her research area of interest is focused on Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology with a special approach in Nanovacinology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
