Daiane Gil Franco

Holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2007), a master's (2010), and a doctorate (2014) in Physiology from the Institute of Biosciences at the University of São Paulo. Post-doctorate at the Department of Neurology, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo (FMUSP). Has experience as a professor in a Neuroscience graduate course with a focus on education. Worked as a senior specialist at the Large-Scale Sequencing Laboratory (SELA) (2016-2018) at the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo. Since 2018, has worked as a senior specialist in the Genetic Sequencing Sector at the Center for Studies on Human Genome and Stem Cells at the Institute of Biosciences, University of São Paulo (CEGH-IBUSP), and in 2024 began serving as Senior Biologist of the National Program for Genomics and Precision Health Genomas Brasil.
