He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Electronic Systems from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (2017) and a Masters degree from the same institution (2019). He earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, including a visiting period at Imperial College London (United Kingdom), and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo, where he worked on mathematical modelling of malaria epidemics. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (FEEC) at Unicamp. His research experience includes Signal Processing, Epidemic Modelling, Bayesian Models, Machine Learning, Dynamic Systems, Compressive Sensing, Nonlinear System Identification, and Acoustic Emission.
