Full Professor in the Graduate Program in Business Administration (Master's and Doctorate) at Universidade Nove de Julho (UNINOVE/SP), where she serves as professor, researcher, and leader of the research line Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Business (IEN). She is a CNPq Research Productivity Fellow (PQ2) and Scientific Editor of the International Journal of Innovation (IJI). She holds a degree in Psychology from the School of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto at the University of São Paulo (FFCLRP/USP), a Masters degree in Education from Universidade de Ribeirão Preto, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. She completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Competencies at the São Paulo School of Business Administration of Fundação Getulio Vargas (EASP/FGV) and earned her Livre-Docência (habilitation) in Human Resources at the School of Economics, Business Administration and Accounting of Ribeirão Preto at USP (FEARP/USP). She was a Visiting Researcher at Bradley University, Illinois, United States. She is a member of the Ethics Committee and the ITE Division (Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship) of ANPAD, as well as a member of the Advisory Board of the National Association of Studies in Entrepreneurship and Small Businesses (ANEGEPE). Dr. Nassif coordinates the Entrepreneurship track at SEMEAD and leads the research line on Womens Entrepreneurship at ENANPAD, SINGEP, and EMPRAD. She has led research projects funded by FAPESP and serves as a reviewer for projects submitted to Brazil's main funding agencies: FAPESP, CAPES, and CNPq. At PPGA/UNINOVE, she teaches the courses Qualitative Research Methods (Masters and Doctorate) and The Entrepreneur and Their Emotions. She is an ad hoc reviewer for over 30 scientific journals and for national and international conferences. Her academic output includes a substantial body of work composed of peer-reviewed articles, books, book chapters, e-books, and edited volumes. Her research focuses on Entrepreneurship among Minoritized Groups, with particular emphasis on female entrepreneurship, Black women entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial threats and failures. She investigates psychological, emotional, affective, and cognitive aspects of entrepreneurial behavior, as well as resilience in business contexts. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
