Has a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Electronic Systems (2011) and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering (2018), both from Polytechnic School of Engineering of the University of São Paulo (USP). Attended his doctoral research at the Heart Institute (InCor-USP), developing an automated hydraulic simulator of the circulatory system of pediatric patients. Has knowledge in the areas of modeling of human physiological systems, devices and biomedical instrumentation, development of human-machine interfaces, microcontroller programming, integration of electronic systems, development and application of non-specific sensors (electronic tongue and nose), machine learning and creation of data processing software.
