Eloisa Dezen-Kempter

Eloisa Dezen-Kempter holds a BA (1986) in Architecture and Urban Design from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (Brazil), MSc (2001) in European Urban Studies from the Bauhaus-Universitat Weimar (Germany), and a PhD (2011) in History from the University of Campinas (Brazil). She is presently Professor at the School of Technology at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), Brazil, and has been a visiting scholar at University of Southern California (Los Angeles, US) from 2014-2015. Her work focuses on the use of new information and communication technologies and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for renovation and restoration projects of historic buildings. Other interests include applications of sustainability indicators and information technology for construction design process and management. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
