Leonardo Barbosa Torres dos Santos

Graduated in Full Degree in Physics from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (2014), Master in Space Engineering and Technology (2017) by the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) and Doctorate in Space Engineering and Technology (2021) by the National Institute for Space Research (INPE). I have experience in General and Experimental Physics, Celestial Mechanics and Space Engineering, with an emphasis on Photonics, Nonlinear Optics and Orbital Dynamics. I work in the areas of Orbital Dynamics, Nonlinear Dynamics, Applied Physics, Space Exploration, Equilibrium Points, Theoretical and Computational Physics, Flight Dynamics with a specialty in trajectories and orbits. I was a visiting researcher at Politecnico de Milano (Italy) where I actively participated, between 09/2018-08/2019, in the space mission project called Lunar Meteoroid Impact Observer (LUMIO), financed by the ESA (European Space Agency).
