Iris do Carmo is a PhD student in the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), Brazil, with a focus on gender studies. She is currently undertaking a research internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, while developing her investigation on contemporary feminist movements in Brazil.
