Nutritionist graduated from the University of São Paulo, School of Public Health. PhD in Nutrition in Public Health from the same institution. Postdoctoral researcher at the Fisheries Institute of the Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply of the State of São Paulo and at the Oceanographic Institute of USP. My research focuses on seafood and its relationship with human health, micronutrients, nutritional epidemiology, dietary assessment methods and tools, biomarkers, metabolomics, collective feeding, and food sustainability.
