Held FAPESP scholarships for undergraduate and doctoral research, and undertook research internships in Blois, France, and Cádiz, Spain, funded respectively by FAPESP and AUIP. Currently holds a FAPESP postdoctoral fellowship, with research interests in group theory and extended group analysis, symmetry methods, hyperbolic geometry, topology, hyperbolic metamaterials, and phononic crystals.
