PhD in Nutrition, Sports and Metabolism Sciences from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP).Graduated in Nutrition from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). She has been a FAPESP scholarship holder since 2018, where she began scientific initiation activities at the metabolism disorders laboratory (LABDIME), focusing on metabolic biochemistry and nutrition.Completed Direct Doctorate with a focus on the extraction, purification and analysis of bioactive compounds in food and natural products, through the development of coupling techniques (extraction + analysis). Between 2022 and 2023, she completed a research internship abroad (BEPE-FAPESP) at the University of Aveiro in Portugal, focusing on the Development of sustainable methods for propolis extracts through the application of alternative non-volatile solvents (ionic liquids and eutectic mixtures).
