Graduated in Industrial chemistry from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), where he performed two years of scientific initiation in inorganic chemistry in the synthesis area and, subsequently, two more years in organic/chemical chemistry of natural products In the laboratory of Professor Dr. Mario Geraldo de Carvalho and Dr. Raimundo Braz-Filho, where he acquired experience in structural analysis and determination of specialized plant metabolites. Master's in biotecnology at the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (FCA/UNESP), where she investigated residues of the coffee production chain under the young researcher Project (FAPESP) coordinated by Prof. Dr. Cristiano Soleo de Funari, entitled " Development of green analytical methodologies in the search for organic compounds of high added value in agricultural waste "(2017/06216-6). She was awarded the best oral presentation at V Workbiotech (09/2019), where she presented the results of her master's work obtained until then. I am currently doing a PhD at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universitat Erlangen-Nurnberg (FAU, Germany) in theChair of Aroma and Smell coordinated by Prof. Andrea Buettner. I was awarded as one of the top six European PhD students in the first year of the PhD in flavour (Giract, Switzerland). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
