Graduated in Food Engineering from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (2019) and holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Campinas (2022). Currently, he is a Ph.D. student at the University of São Paulo. He has experience in the field of Food Science and Technology, with a focus on the extraction, identification, and quantification of natural pigments; encapsulation of bioactive compounds and characterization of micro- and nanomaterials; and characterization of dietary fibers and their effects on the gut microbiota.
