PhD student in Food Engineering at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Develops research at the Metabolic Engineering and Bioprocess Laboratory (LEMeB), working on obtaining potentially prebiotic oligosaccharides and cellulose nanocrystals from enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass. He holds a Master's Degree in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE / UAG). He developed research at the Central de Laboratórios de Garanhuns (CENLAG), having a scholarship for Initiation in Technological Development and Innovation (PIBITI) by CNPq. He worked as an intern in the Quality Control Department of the Garanhuns Beverage Industry Ltda. He has experience in the production of enzymes through fermentative processes, immobilization techniques, biochemical characterization, thermodynamics and applications of them in processes of hydrolysis of agro-industrial residues aiming to obtain prebiotic oligosaccharides, fermentable sugars, bioethanol and nanocellulose.
