Alumnus and member of the Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung, member of the Editorial Board of 3 scientific journals and reviewer of 80 others. He has experience in the area of Genetics, with an emphasis on Animal Genetics, working mainly on the following topics: Molecular cytogenetics, Comparative Genomics, Biogeography and Evolution.
