Aline Daniele Tassi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (ESALQ/USP, 2011), as well as a Masters (2013) and Ph.D. (2018) in Plant Pathology from the same institution. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Florida, working in the Tropical Fruit Entomology Laboratory. Her research background is in Microbiology and Plant Pathology, with a focus on Plant Virology. Her main research interests include Brevipalpus mites, plant anatomy, virus-vector interactions, and the pathosystems involving mite-transmitted viruses. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
