He holds a bachelor's degree in Biomedicine from the University of Franca (2010), a Master's degree in Genetics from the University of São Paulo (2013) and a PhD in Genetics from the University of São Paulo (2017), and also developed part of his PhD in the International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) in Trieste-IT (2016). He has experience in Genetics, with emphasis on Mutagenesis, Cell Biology and Molecular Biology, working mainly on the following topics: genotoxicity, cytotoxicity and chemoprevention of natural products, gene expression, functional genomics of microRNAs, stem cells, microscopy and High Content Screening/Analysis.
