I hold a degree in Biological Sciences Medical Modality from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo and in Veterinary Medicine from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. I earned a PhD in Sciences Biology of Host-Pathogen Interaction (2008) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of São Paulo (2010), as well as a FAPESP Young Investigator grant (2011) at FAMZ-USP. I serve as a supervisor in the Applied Epidemiology to Zoonoses program at the School of Veterinary Medicine of the University of São Paulo and as a permanent faculty member in the One Health graduate program at Universidade de Santo Amaro. My research focuses on zoonotic diseases in domestic and wild animals (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
