Fernanda Yumi Ushikubo is graduated in the School of Food Engineering at the University of Campinas (2002) and obtained her master's degree at the Food Engineering Department of the University of Campinas (2006), in the membrane technology field. She has completed her doctoral course at the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Science of the University of Tokyo, Japan, in the field of micro- and nano-bubbles (2010).
