Master in Science by the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, University of São Paulo (FMVZ/USP). During the masters, he had the opportunity to spend 6 months at University of Copenhagen in Professor Hyttel and Professor Freude´s laboratory, funded by BEPE (FAPESP) scholarship . Graduated in the Medicine Veterinary program at the University of São Paulo (USP),Faculty of Animal Science and Food Engineering in Pirassununga - SP. During the veterinary program, he was an exchange student by the Science Without Borders program at the University of Guelph and worked as an intern in the Research Laboratory: Reproductive Health and Biotechnology at the Ontario Veterinary College. He has also worked at the Centre de Recherche en Reproduction animale (CRRA) at the Université de Montréal in Prof. Dr. Lawrence Smith´s lab with the BEPE scholarship (FAPESP). During his undergraduate studies he developed 3 scientific projects, 2 funded by FAPESP and 1 by CNPq. Has experience in molecular biology and cell culture and is interested in neurology, cellular reprogramming, stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS).
