Abstract

Separative extended gate field-effect transistor (SEGFET) was applied as an immunosensor for the label-free recognition of dengue virus nonstructural protein 1 (NS1). NS1 was detected in a concentration range of 0.25 to 5.0 mu g mL(-1), indicating that the system is promising for the early and simple diagnosis of dengue. (AU)
