Abstract

The elements Br, Ca, Cl, Cr, Fe, K, Mg, Na, P, Rb, S, and Zn were investigated in the whole blood samples of Golden Retriever dogs submitted to cell therapy (hASCs). These analyses were performed over 2 years using Neutron Activation Analysis and X-Ray Fluorescence techniques. The results were compared with control and untreated dog's. A significant increase was observed in K blood levels. There was also variation in blood levels of Br, Cr, Fe, Rb, S, and Zn. (AU)
