Abstract

This work proposes a chatbot architecture for screening Parkinson's disease (PD) using the Telegram platform. By leveraging large language models (LLMs) as agents, our chatbot can run the voice based screening inspections for computerassisted PD diagnosis. The chatbot guides users through vocal tests that analyze phonemes, a method based on the potential of vocal biomarkers to indicate PD. This innovation makes I'D screening more accessible and user-friendly, particularly in underserved regions, offering a cost-effective tool for early intervention and improved patient care. (AU)
