Abstract

. In this paper we consider a semilinear second order in time fractional wave equation governed by bi-harmonic operator with clamped boundary conditions in a bounded smooth domain that models flight structures. We address the problem of the local and global well-posedness, and we establish the existence of a compact global attractor for the associated evolution semigroup and show that the family of global attractors is upper semicontinuous.
