The agreement FAPESP-CNPqare designed to promote the installation, modernization, expansion or rehabilitation of the infrastructure of scientific and technological research in public institutions of education and research, aiming to enhance the retention of young researchers and nucleation of new groups. The projects are developed under the responsibility of a Principal Investigator, associated with higher education or research institutions in the State of São Paulo. The selection is done through a peer-reviewing system.
