Abstract
This project aims to analyze the professional development and agency of teachers who promote the interdisciplinary education of students in the early years of Elementary School, from the development of interdisciplinary projects that involve concepts and procedures in the areas of Science, Physical Education, Geography, History, Portuguese Language and Mathematics. To this end, an invitation will be made to teachers from Escola Municipal de Educação Básica Prefeito Jerônymo Alves Corrêa, who want to participate in a training space in which innovative pedagogical experiences will be developed from the elaboration, development and evaluation of interdisciplinary projects that will have, as an integrating axis, Statistical Education, in order to understand the multiple potentialities and obstacles that emerge in this process. To achieve the objective outlined, a (auto)biographical research will be developed that takes the narratives of the self as practices of formation and self-education, investigating the autobiographical reflexivity and its repercussions in the processes of subjectivity constitution and the social insertion of the subject. The construction of the data will occur through the oral and written narratives of the teachers about the development of two interdisciplinary projects over two consecutive semesters. Narrative investigation is taken not only as a methodology, but as a way of constructing reality, since the methodology is anchored in an ontology. Narrative favors evidence over perceived experience and seen as an account, capturing the richness and detail of meanings in human affairs, based on the evidence of the world and life. It reconstructs the experience, reflecting on what has been lived and attributing meaning to what happened. A holistic analysis of form will be used to find the best expression for the plots expressed in the reports. It is expected to point out relevant indicators for the training of teachers, for the identification of aspects related to their professional development and the teaching agency that are essential for the improvement of students' learning from reflections on different proposed activities; classroom interventions; analysis of the development of the project.
