Abstract

The ITAL PDIP aims to modernize and expand the analytical and food processing facilities of the Institute and to strengthen the scientific and technological capacity of its body of researchers to fulfill its institutional mission in line with the priorities of the Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply and the Government of the State of São Paulo.Among these priorities are the efforts necessary to guarantee the safety andhealthiness of the food available to the population and the strengthening of the São Paulo industry by promoting innovation, sustainability, adding value and generating jobs. The PDIP-Ital intends to strengthen the Institute's performance through the modernization of its analytical infrastructure and pilot plants, as essential elements of evaluation and conducting proofs of concept for products and processes.
