Abstract

The equipment to be purchased comprises the CEPID - Food Research Center (FoRC) multiuser equipment park and will be used for the chromatographic separation of metabolites to be analyzed by two types of mass spectrometers: amazon SL (analyzer type IonTrap) and EVOQ (analyzer quadruple type), both of brand Bruker Daltonics.
