Abstract

We intended with this project to deepen the knowledge on 'the child in school age and the adolescent' that are inserted or not in the educational context, but that especially meets in circurnstances difficult in what it concerns to the social risk. Specifically the project seeks: to analyze the initiatives of the municipal district of Ribeirão Preto gone back to the child's area and of the adolescents in situation of social and personal risk, that come being developed after the promulgate of ECA, to analyze the characteristic of the violence that the children and adolescents come being attacked in the municipal district of Ribeirão Preto; to characterize the children's cases and adolescents that were victims of physical violence, of the Southwest area of the city of Ribeirão Preto, to make a register in the Center of Reference of the Child and of the Adolescent in the Central of Basic Attendance, through to Dial Denunciation in the year of 1998; to analyze the child's meaning and of the adolescent, that went victims of to physical violence, concerning the violence in general- to accomplish rising of the number of children and adolescents that were victims of sexual domestic violence, having been to make a register in the Center of the child's Reference and of the adolescents from Ribeirão Preto, in the period from 1995 to 1998; to analyze the meaning that has for adolescents that were victims of sexual domestic violence; to identify children's situations and adolescent vitimizados that happened in the period from 1995 to 1998, in the Forum of a District of Only Stick, municipal district of Jardinópolis; to analyze the children's perception and adolescents that are in the street about the programs and attendance institutions gone back to its recovery and reintegration; to analyze the subjects that take the adolescents to use drugs: the meaning in its lives and of its families; to accomplish rising on the use of drugs among adolescents of the fundamental and medium teaching of municipal schools of Ribeirão Preto; to analyze the children's social representations and adolescents explored sexually concerning the infantile prostitution; to characterize the causes that take children and adolescents if they prostitute...
