Abstract

The intestinal functions like motility, secretion and absorption are coordinate by enteric nervous system and dysfunctions of the motility are observed in the obese people. However there is not information about of effects of the obesity in the P2X2 and P2X7 receptor of the enteric nervous system. This work has objective to analyse the chemical coding and distribution of the P2X2 and P2X7 receptor in the ob/ob mice. The tissue from ileum and distal colon will be used for histochemical and immunohistochemical methods to identification of the chemical coding with P2X2 and P2X7 receptors with nitric oxide sinthase (NOS), calbindin, calretinin, acetyl choline transferase and others neurotransmiters of the enteric neurons. The analyses will be done in the fluorescense and optical microscopy and the scanning laser confocal. The dates will are analysed by statisctical analysis. (AU)
