Utilization of multienzymatic complex and lipid sources in isoenergetic and isoproteic rations for broiler chickens

Abstract

The aim of this research will be to evaluate the levels of inclusion of soy degummed oil and fat poultry in isoenergetic and isoproteic rations supplemented with multienzymatic complex. The first experiment will determine the effect of the lipid sources in rations of multienzymatic complex on the metabolizable coefficient of the nutrients, values of apparent metabolizable energy, and corrected by the nitrogen balance and by the pancreatic enzymatic activity. It will be used 150 young chicken from the Cobb lineage allocated in 30 cages of metabolism, the delineage will be totally at random in a factorial scheme 2 x 2 + 2, two sources of oil (soy degummed oil and fat poultry) with two levels of inclusion (2 and 4%) in rations supplemented with multienzymatic complex, and two control treatments without oil addition, with multienzymatic complex (positive) and without multienzymatic complex (negative). On the second experiment the aim will be to evaluate the addition of lipid sources with multienzymatic complex on the performance of broiler chicken. It will be used 840 young chickens distributed totally at random in a factorial scheme 2 x 2 + 2, two sources of oil (soy degummed oil and fat poultry) with two levels of inclusion (2 and 4%) in rations with multienzymatic complex and two control treatments without oil addition, with multienzymatic complex (positive) and without multienzymatic complex (negative), with four repetitions of 35 birds. The variable that will be analyzed will be body weight, weight gain, ration consumption, food conversion, mortality and index of productive efficiency. (AU)
