Abstract

The aim of the present research project is to promote a collaborative work involving Laboratories of the Instituto Butantan and the Escola Politecnica of the University of São Paulo to study and establish a bioprocess for the synthesis and extraction of the recombinant rabies virus glycoprotein (GPV) with high productivity and immunologic quality from S2 Drosophila melanogaster cells cultivated in bioreactors.
