Abstract

Several studies report a positive relationship between affective measures and physical activity, and this relationship opens up a range of questions about the magnitude of this feeling and what substances are released into the body, which would make the well-being. This binomial has to speculate if such substances would be possible markers that could take a different behavior when observed volunteers versus non physical exercise. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of acute physical exercise in well-being in various degrees of effort, observing the behavior of possible biochemical mediators that may be related to exercise dependence. This study will be forwarded to the Ethics Committee in Research of UNIFESP. Participate in this study 20 healthy young, healthy males aged 18 to 45, and 10 exercise-dependent volunteers and 10 volunteers are independent, to be submitted to 3 assessment protocols: a) cardiopulmonary exercise test to exhaustion maximum voluntary; b) cardiopulmonary exercise test performed on rectangular load in the intensity of the GP-I for 30 minutes c) cardiopulmonary exercise test performed on rectangular load in the intensity of the GP-I for 60 minutes. All tests are run on a treadmill protocol for each exercise, the volunteers will respond to three instruments to assess mood and aspects of welfare, in addition, they will also undergo a peripheral vein puncture of the forearm for the collection of sample for determination of IL-6, B-endorphin, cortisol, testosterone, lactate, BDNF and anandamide. These collections will be held at the following times: Baseline, immediately after, 30 'and 60' post exercise. (AU)
