Abstract

The remote sensing is widely used to evaluate the chemical and physical soils characteristics, how a source of quick, not destructive and cheaper information. The objective of this word will be evaluating the chemicals and physicals changes caused by application of sugar cane residue (vinasse) on profile spectral response of a Nitosol. The experiment will be installed on Areão Farm (22º43''S, 47º38''W, with elevation of 511m) of Biossistems Engineering Department experimental area of ESALQ/USP, Piracicaba, São Paulo State, Brazil. Will be used the complet randomized design with 6 treatments and 4 repetitions, being the treatment 1 with convencional fertilization and without irrigation, treatment 2 fertirrigated without vinasse aplication, treatments 3, 4, 5 and 6, fertirrigated with 0.5x, 1x, 2x and 3x the CETESB dose of vinasse respectively. The Diviner 2000 probe will be used to determination of moisture every three days and the soil solution to read the pH and electric conductivity will be collected every 15 days. Undisturbed samples will be obtained, at depths 0-20, 20-40, 40-60, 60-80 m being those directed to obtaining water and doses of vinasse retention curves, being obtained spectral readings in laboratory with the hyperespectral sensor, Fieldspec Spectroradiometer for each step. Over the crop cycle, every two months, will also be conducted soils samples, at the same depths already established previously, being obtained the readings of the samples brought directly from the field and subsequent samples of Air-dry soil. This work expect to obtain equations of linear multiple regression of spectral data that enabling check ranges the contents of vinasse in the soil, thereby assisting in environmental monitoring on the identifying areas with levels above the permitted by CETESB.
